Shahada Sisters is an independent community initiative exclusively supporting revert Muslim women through friendship, social connection, peer support, and community activities. We are not affiliated with any particular mosque or organisation, allowing us to welcome sisters from all backgrounds and communities. Our aim is to reduce isolation and help sisters build meaningful friendships and support networks in a safe, welcoming, and understanding environment. We organise social gatherings, coffee meetups, sisters' meals at cafés and restaurants, park walks, wellbeing activities, games, quizzes, family friendly events, celebrations, and community activities that encourage sisters to connect and support one another. Shahada Sisters welcomes revert sisters at all stages of their journey, and female family members, whether Muslim or non Muslim, are welcome to attend appropriate family friendly events. Children are also welcome at many of our activities. We seek to promote inclusion, compassion, sisterhood, wellbeing, and positive community engagement.
